Introduction Nasi Lemak
Nasi Lemak was mentioned in a book The Circumstances of Malay Life, written by Sir Richard Olof Winstedt in 1909. With roots in Malay culture and Malay cuisine, its name in Malay literally means "fat rice", but is taken in this context to mean "rich" or "creamy".
This is how to make Nasi Lemak. Stir coconut milk, water, rice, fresh ginger, ground ginger, bay leaf, and salt together in a medium saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer until tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Discard bay leaf and keep rice warm, put the rice on a clean banana leaves the put some peanut, anchovies, cucumbers, and chicken wing.
I love to eat Nasi Lemak, I like the rice cook withe the spices, because it taste good, the peanut and anchovies, especially the crispy chicken, I love every thing about Nasi Lemak, except the cucumbers because i hate vegetable. Thank you for reading my sharing, I hope you have a nice day.
