Introduction Teppanyaki squid


     


Teppanyaki squid is a street snack. It is made by frying the squid on an iron plate, cutting it into sections with a shovel, and then spreading it with special sauce. Its main raw materials are squid, onions and chili noodles, and it tastes salty and spicy. Teppanyaki originated in Japan and has a long history of 40 years, and the market is quite popular.

      This is the ingredient. 2 whole squids (about 400g), 1 piece of tin foil, 15g minced onions, 20g salad dressing, 15g hoisin sauce, 15g black pepper, 3g MSG, 1000g brine, 10g salad oil, green onions 10 grams of rice flour, 15 grams of salt, 10 grams of wine.

      This is how to make Teppanyaki Squid. Put the whole squid into boiling water and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes. After taking it out, put it into brine and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Second Take a pot, add salad oil, heat until 70% hot, add minced onions and stir-fry until fragrant, add salad dressing, hoisin sauce, black pepper, and MSG to make a sauce and set aside. Third Heat the iron plate until it is 90% hot, lay out a piece of tinfoil folded into a boat, cut the braised squid tube with a straight knife at a distance of 1 cm along the head and tail, then place it in the tinfoil and pour the prepared juice on it. Serve on the table and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Add last enjoy.
